| My herb garden is outta control. I gave it a major haircut this weekend and ended up with a huge armload of oregano that is currently in the dehydrator. I left the flowers on.
I know they are edible, but, I'm wondering how to use them? Just as you would the leaves or are there special recipes for them? Are they better fresh or dried? I also have quite a bit of marjoram that needs cutting, with lots of flowers. What can I use these flowers for? |
