Cilantro is a good self-seeder or you can save seeds once they are completely dry and use them in the kitchen or sow for more cilantro. Come mid-august or so, sow more cilantro seeds for a fall harvest this year.

Also - they are really pretty flowering - I just love them! Almost makes up for the no-more cilantro for salsas, salads and quac!

why not harvest enough for planting later, and leave some to see what nature cooks up for you?
