Nice! I miss growing borage. I'm just afraid that I would let them go and they'd self-seed everywhere.

Strange that your plants would have responded to strongly. Maybe it was also because they were small seedlings, and perhaps the fertilizer mix was a bit strong. Borage isn't an acid-lover anyway, as far as I know.
