I tend to think of myself as a "wild gardener" - not formal, more natural looking, going with the flow of what works rather than making it necessarily conform to my wishes, and sometimes just wild. So no pix of any garden formality from me. My veggie beds are the only things on the formal side.

If I ever did a more formal garden style, I'd do a medicine wheel styled garden or a japanese zen garden.

What a great idea! I'm envious. My garden has expanded, mostly to make room for veggies, but I love growing herbs and someday will make a formal garden for them.
