I think it is stinging nettle, but the only way to know for sure is to take a carefully bagged sample to your nearest AG Extension, or possibly a reputable nursery.

Not Urtica dioica, stinging nettle. Flowers are wrong, leaves are too narrow and also insufficiently toothed.

If it was stinging nettle there's one sure way to find out. It's not like poison ivy. One sting won't hurt you for more than a moment or two.

I can't see the pictures here, but flora is right. A touch will tell you if it is stinging nettle.
