I was given some tarragon this spring. It came from a nursery. It hasn't grown very fast, but the weirdest thing is that no matter what I do, it wants to sprawl or creep and will not grow upright! Anyone ever had this happen or is it some kind of "creeping tarragon" I've never heard of?
