How to store and ship spilanthes spilanthes?

It's nearing the end of summer, is there a way to keep my mountains of spilanthes flowers from spoiling? While Il have dried some for tea and tinctures, is it possible to freeze them and still have the same effect?
Some of my friends who live a bit away once said they wanted to try some spilanthes flowers, so I thought I'd send them some. However, all my main flowering plants are massive 2 footers, and small trade gallon ones have only 1 or 2 flowers and shipping is expensive. Plus, some of them aren't very good at looking after plants or waiting for them to flower. I'd rather just send the flowers to those people through USPS package/parcel. How do I properly pack them so they don't spoil and are still fresh after the 3-5 day shipping? Overnight is possible but gets spendy. Thanks!
