Cuban Oregano disease

Fellow gardeners,

I hope someone can shed some light as to what's wrong with my plant. It gets some sun in the a.m. and part shade all day. It's in a hanging basket and gets fresh air all day since the window is open. I'm not sure if this is fert or over-watering damage. There are no insects on it. It's by itself in the pot. Another thing that's been happening is the leaves by the stems get limp; I then break them off leaving bare stems. It's been trying to give off tiny leaves where I broke the limp leaves.

Sun scald from getting water on the leaves?

RE: Cuban Oregano disease

No- not that I know of. Since the leaves are thick and fleshy, I try not to get them wet. The plant's indoors. Thanks for your thoughts. I hope someone recognizes what it is and let me know.
