Turnera diffusa

Hi,
I recently bought some Damian (Turnera diffusa) seeds and I enclose a pic of one of the resultant plants. I was a little wary of the plant actually being T. ulmilofia but I have been guaranteed that my plants are T. diffusa. The trouble is, they do not have the scent I usually associate with Damiana. My plants are about five weeks old now - is this too young for them to develop their characterist scent?
