Hi srormy weather:

Always nice to meet a fellow artist. What style do you paint in? I paint in the realisitc style. Mainly animals, birds and flowers. but I do paint some portraits, landscapes and still life.

I paint all winter and garden and collect photos for painting in the summer. I paint at home and at my friends' studio, with a group of artists I met when I first started painting many years ago. We meet once a week and give friendly critiques of each others paintings and we spend the day painting and catching up on each others lives.

Gardening makes a nice change and keeps things fresh when you go back to painting. Somehow I think they go hand in hand, only with gardening you are painting with flowers.

Hi, I like to paint people and animals mostly. You can see my work at the link below. I haven't been painting since I had my son last year. He is a handful and I never seem to have time. I'm really hoping to get back into it soon. Maybe I can find something to inspire me.
