Will I need to bring all of my herbs indoors over the winter?

I live in Cincinnati, so the summers are hot and the winters can be cold. It definitely gets below freezing many nights in the winter. However, I do have a small greenhouse outside the would protect from frost, and help hold some heat in.

So I'm wondering, I know there are some herbs that can stay out during the winter, but which ones will I definitely need to bring in? Trying to save space..lol. My herbs:

-Basil

-Cilantro

-Dill

-Lemon Balm

-Rosemary

-Tarragon

-Oregano

-Parsley

-Sage

-Thyme

-Blueberry bush

So I figure that the mints will be OK outside in the greenhouse. Not sure about the rest. I know some of my herbs are considered annuals (basil? dill?) but I want to make sure that the perennials all survive the winter. The rest I can put in my spare bedroom which has a nice big double window facing south.

-Basil - Annual. Harvest completely before frosts. Can take cuttings to start new plants indoors if you wish.

-Cilantro - Annual. Harvest completely before killing frost.

-Dill - Annual. Harvest completely before killing frost.

-Lemon Balm - Perennial. Leave in the ground outside and it will do quite fine.

-Rosemary - Bring in.

-Tarragon - If it is real tarragon, I believe it is too tender for your zone. Use google to find out your hardiness zone as well as how hardy the plant is.

-Oregano - Common oregano, Origanum vulgare, is quite hardy and will do fine in the ground for winter. But some other oreganos vary in hardiness.

-Parsley - Biennial. For your needs, best to treat as an annual. Harvest completely before killing frost.

-Sage - I don't know your zone, but I'd suspect this will be hardy for you but check it out. Mine survive well each winter outside in the ground. Good drainage is key for winter survival.

-Thyme - Same as sage.

-Blueberry bush - Same as sage except they don't need well-draining soil.

As for sage we had one in Michigan that was over 20 years old.
My sister raised Tarragon in a pot in the Denver Area.

My french tarragon did wonderfully in a big planter box that was up againstthe house all winter. As did chives and peppermint.
