It is well nigh impossible to id many of the hundreds of mints from pictures. However, yours is clearly a Mentha cultivar so it will be safe for tea whatever it is. FWIW I looks like ordinary spearmint to me. What does it smell like?

Hi floral, it smells like the most usual mint but not as strong as that, i think it smells a little bit sweet as well

I see you are in the UK. If so, just call it 'mint'. It's the kind we use for mint sauce..... or Mojitos. Personally I prefer both to mint tea, especially the latter.
