Fusarium wilt?

Another novice gardener with basil problems...
I am afraid my basil has fusarium wilt, but I would love a second opinion before I up root my plants.
The plants are not dying per se, but they looked bad enough for me to troll the internet for basil diseases. What has me concerned is the brown streaking on the stalk. The basil is of the trader joe's genovese variety - so I assume it would be a pathogen resistant cultivar - but who knows?
