Herb that repels dogs but attracts cats

Hi. I was wondering if there are any type of herbs that are natural dog repellents. The only stipulation is that they don't repel cats. Even better if they attract cats! So my question is -- is there anything out there that attracts cats and repels dogs. Thanks!

I think I would look for a different solution to whatever issue you are trying to address since I can't think of any either. Most dogs are rather unaffected by plants of most kinds unless they provide a physical challenge of some sort like thorns.
