Propagation of Westerfield Mints

After looking at and collecting a few of the Westerfield Mints, I have noticed that the only one with a patent is Hillary's Sweet Lemon. Does this mean that I could propagate the other Westerfield Mints without any legal troubles?

Anybody have any ideas?

Legal patent issues come to play if you do that for commercial purposes, not in your backyard. As long as you do not distribute and sell it , now law enforcement will come after you. Because you action is not causing any damage to the patent holder.
