stevia after drying

my stevia plant grew very well this summer in my southern bc town. I wanted to dry them and use a sweetener in my teas
however, i let it go too long before cutting and hanging branches to dried in its pot. not sure if i have ruined my crop.

i have pulled all the leaves off the plant, some leaves are light green and others yellowy brown leaves.

are these discoloured leaves still good? can I mix them in with the light green leaves or pick thru and take only the light green leaves?

Probably still good but not the best.
You should harvest them when they start flowering. I have heard that is the peak of sweetness.
