my stevia plant grew very well this summer in my southern bc town. I wanted to dry them and use a sweetener in my teas
however, i let it go too long before cutting and hanging branches to dry...it dried in its pot. not sure if i have ruined my crop.

i have pulled all the leaves off the plant, some leaves are light green and others yellowy brown leaves.

are these discoloured leaves still good? can I mix them in with the light green leaves or pick thru and take only the light green leaves?
