My culantro sprouted, now what?

I have 5 sprouts so far. I did take the saran wrap off the top of the container, the sprouts were getting very close to it. I still have the container on a heating pad for now since my house is so cold. I do have a compact bulb over them about 6-8inches away. I did read they need to be in part-sun. Is the light far enough away, how long should I let it run for the day?

I think culantro is warm weather vegetable. That is why they have them in the dog days of summer when cilanro will not grow or will bolt.

Maybe you can grow it as indoor plant, I don't know.
