In Need of an I.D.

Got this about a month ago from a large patch of them at my uncle's house. Not sure at all of what it is. The only thing I know about it is that I can make tea out of it (the smell kind of reminds me of Vix) and it is extremely prolific, making 5 pups a month after I got it. Any ideas?

Your uncle is in zone 8 AZ as well? Helps to know for the ID.

I don't recognize this one. If you don't get any ID help here in short order, be sure to post to the Name that Plant forum as well.
