Questions on Cyclopia genistoides, honeybush

Yesterday I picked up a small plant of Cyclopia genistoides at Annie's Annuals in Richmond, CA. I bought the plant because I liked the form and because they had a picture showing bright yellow flowers. However they also said it makes a good tea. I'm curious if anyone has grown the plant or drank the tea. I'm more than happy to grow the plant as an ornamental, but if the tea is good I would be interested in knowing how to harvest and prepare it.

Here's the plant. It was $7.25 in a 4 inch pot at the nursery.

I also picked up Ephedra sinsensis (Ma Huang). I may post separately on that when I get a photo.
