They look normal to me. I wouldn't plant anything that small into the garden anyway. It would be best to prick them out into individual pots first so that when they go outside they are bigger and stronger. I am wondering why they are inside at all given that I have just checked your weather and it's in the 20s centigrade. That's a hot summer's day where I live! If you prick them out into small pots you could harden them off and then later on transplant into the ground.

Ok, I will separate them into separate pots once they are a tad bigger. Haha, great question re: the lights. Its 20s centigrade all year round, but its tropical and it rains a lot. Also, I'm getting them started on the balcony and only receive sun maximum 5 hours a day if it doesn't rain... but its totally unpredictable so better to start them like this then just harden off before transplanting in the garden.

Personally, I think it would still be better and less hassle to grow them outside. You could put a plastic or glass sheet over them to keep the rain off. And although you may not have direct sun I imagine there is still plenty of bright light.

Even when they are out in the garden they will need very good drainage and protection from heavy rain. That's not what they are used to in their Mediterranean homeland.
