Hi All,

I want to experiment with potted herbs over the winter. I have lights that I can use for them.

I want to do 2 large containers that will be attractive as well as culinary....one for warm loving herbs and another for cooler ones so I can move them about to cater to their temp/light requirements....but I'm not entirely sure who likes what.....any suggestions?

Warm group.

Basil

rosemary

summer savory

thyme

Cool group.

cilantro

parsley

chives

winter savory

What thoughts? I'm not opposed to buying more seeds if you have suggestions, lol!

or even ornamentals that will work well with the above herbs in creating an attractive grouping, or some greens to include in too.

Perennials such as the winter savory and thyme will be moved into permanent housing in the outdoor garden come spring.
