You might try Territorial Seed Company www.territorialseed.com which has a good selection of both seeds and potted herbs. They provide a germination rate for seed and a good and accurate description of the herbs. I consider them pricey, but I also throw nickels around like manhole covers!

Thanks for listing Horizon Seeds. I have never heard of them but they really have a great selection of seed that I will be looking forward to getting this year. I like many of the others on the lists but this was a new one and had a few things I haven't been able to find before.
