That's a great price! I just paid $17 for one last Saturday... Lisa

Here is my Hercules, planted last year. I have 3 and I love them......and I paid more!!! This pic doesn't do it justice. The leaves are more mottled than this pic.

Oh good....so maybe it will grow and not melt away. How much sun? Thanks, Gloria
|
Mine gets good morning sun, then dappled shade then some afternoon sun but not as much as morning. If I had to guess, a total of 4 hours.

The leaves on my 'Hercules' are not as large in its third year asglosgarden's. My guess is that I should probably move it to a position where it gets more sunlight. I did move it to more light last year but it is probably still not getting enough. It didn't bloom last year but has one flower stalk this year.

Found Hercules at a nursery today in Winnipeg, Manitoba! Actually found it at two nurseries in Winnipeg...the first one it was $8.95 in a 4.5" pot and the second nursery had the same sized plant in a 1 gallon pot for $16.99. Thankfully I purchased it at the first nursery. Looked for it at all the nurseries in our local area and no one carries it. Looking forward to seeing how it performs here in my yard. Brenda
