WANTED: confederate rose

hi all, ihave a c.r. and am very antsy, when will it bloom ? its about 5ft tall,seems happy.i've waited so long& nowi can't wait any longer,really i can,i have to. thanks ahead.molly[

They start blooming in my zone 7b MS garden in late Sept and October. Then they bloom until the first hard frost gets them, which can be Nov. It's a very late bloomer but well worth the wait. Hope this lets you sleep better at night. May God bless you and yours with his loving Grace, Mona

mona,thanks so much for answering,.i love your write up, about your family & life,so much like my life. i hope all is well w/ you , with katrina ,going on now,.you know, your right,i was in fl. in oct. of last yr.when i first saw them(i was wowed!!]are they supposed to be droopy,mine have started droopin,until evenin.i was sure it was the sun,too hot here,maybe?i keep them very well watered.cause i want them so bad.blessings back at ya,molly[]

mona, i'st me again,molly. i sleep so well now .now i get up early just so i can look at my confederate rose,thier sooooo pretty,i love 'em. i do have another ??, where are the seeds?my buds fall off but theres no seedpod under neath. i love how they turn color i one day,i wish they lasted longer,but i sure do enjoy them while thier here.
