| I live in Hilo, HI and have a problem with ALL of my hibiscus. The leaves get attacked with something that makes them look like they have cancer. (for lack of a better description.) I'm almost sure its a bug that plants its eggs in the leaf but my question is HOW DO I STOP IT!? |
