My hibiscus trees are diseased. Need help!

I live in Hilo, HI and have a problem with ALL of my hibiscus. The leaves get attacked with something that makes them look like they have cancer. (for lack of a better description.) I'm almost sure its a bug that plants its eggs in the leaf but my question is HOW DO I STOP IT!?

Hi Tevita, Could be Erinose Mite, but really need pictures to correctly ID it. Also, what country are you from as this helps ID as well?
Regards, Brian Kerr.
