Name this hibiscus

Giant flower. Was told it was blue and red. Was a faint purple until I put some apple cider in the pot. Had twelve but frost killed ten. Got 34 hardwood cuttings I am trying to root. Might graft some onto a hardier stock. Please tell me the name. Also please tell me what to feed it to make it more blue. Thank you.

There are so many hibiscus cultivars, that without a picture, it's impossible to know which one you have.
