tiny black dots

My very large tropical hibiscuses have been indoors for the winter. They are blooming like mad(more than in the summer), however the blooms have tiny black specks on them. I have looked at them through a magnifying glass, and I still can't tell what they are. They don"t move . Can anyone tell me what they are and what to do about them.

I have these too, and I got rid of them by simply washing the plant with plain water, and then misting the buds with plain water/wipe them off (gently) whenever I notice even one. I have absolutley no idea what they are, but it mostly happens when I have my tropical hibiscus indoors.
