"raspberry smoothie" althea

I got an email ad for a "raspberry smoothie" althea (rose of sharon). Has anyone seen one in person? I can't find much info. I'd like to know if it's sterile or not. It looks pretty in the photo, but we all know how much they're doctored, lol!! I bought a new "raspberry sundae" dwarf crepe myrtle years ago that's never bloomed, found out that's a common problem with that plant; I don't want to get burned again!
