    Absolutely!

I have two hibiscuses that stay indoors year-round and bloom there most of the year. One is "Electric Blue" (from Logee's Greenhouses) and the other is just an unnamed orange variety that I picked up in a gallon container at the hardware store.

The orange one blooms much more--in fact, it just finished a rather spectacular display in February--but that could be because it's bigger...I have to admit the "Electric Blue" is growing very fast and it's budding now.

Tropical hibiscus definitely will bloom indoors and they can be very prolific!! The only thing to be careful about is bugs inside. They can be prone to mealybugs or aphids. Check the bloom stem and if you see bugs, rip it off, apply a environmental-safe bug killer and/or hose the plant off.

    They are awesome plants!

    Dcrosby,
Tropicals are what you want. Great houseplants.
You can also take them outside after Mother's Day.
    They love the outdoors.
Here is my double orange not long ago inside in front of a sunny window.
