Shocked and amazed!!

As you can see I am in zone 5 and I have a tropical hibiscus, this winter I just stuck it in a spare bedroom with my other tropicals and forgot about it untill a couple of weeks ago when I started watering my bananas. I also started watering the hibbie sticks, and lo and behold I am seeing all kinds of new growth!! I really thought it had died, I am sooo pleased to see the new leaves emerging. Just wanted to share.

Don't you just love that?
I got several hibiscus last Fall from a friend who didn't have room in her house to overwinter them.
They didn't look too happy, but recently have started blooming! Love it!
