| My doubnle red hibiscus of three years suddenly started cranking out single blooms. It was not pruned nor did it die back.
Does anyone out there have any experience or explanation for, this? Thanks |

| Sometimes the flowers do weird things if the temperatures are different from normal, especially if it gets cooler. Is that the case where you are? |

| Thanks, watergal - your explanation makes lots of sense. I'm in Orlando, Fl and temperatures here have been cool one day (requiring ind00r heating) and hot the next,(enough to need the air conditioner) so that's probably it. |
