Wat kind of hibiscus is this?

Last week i was given this hibiscus and it didnt come with an information card so i dont know wat kind it is. could someon please tell me. Its so goergious. I want to plant it outside asap but i dont know if its the right temperature yet. Its 15C right now and is gonna get warmer.

It looks like a tropical hibiscus, not sure which cultivar. Be sure to keep it from freezing and frost. Here is some care info for you.
