Beginner Question

I planted several Hyb. last summer and enjoyed them very much. They all died over the winter. I'm not sure what kind they were but now they are sprouting out of the ground from the roots. So here's my question...should I leave them alone and hope they come back? Do you think they will flower? Thanks.

    Alan,
If there are green shoots coming up from the roots then by the end of July through August and on until frost you will be enjoying the blooms. You do not need to do anything except water and fertilize with a mix meant for hibiscus. They grow at a fairly quick pace when it truly warms up, so you will have a nice sized shurb in no time. Best of luck!
