| my dh bought me a hardy hybiscus last year for my birthday. i was unable to determine what variety it was exactally, it just said hardy. i am in zone 6 and it shows no signs of life. it is in my front yard highly visable and looks bad. should i give it more time or get rid of it.

| Did you cut it down to the ground? I'm in Michigan and two of mine just started growing (from the roots) this past week, and I'm waiting for the other to start. So, give it more time. |
