H. grandidieri - The illusive... advise?

Okay guys, so I just got a small cutting of this beast heh Any tips of rooting it? I have it in 50/50 perlite/peat mix, and used RooTone. Temp is at 80 degrees, covered by plastic under compact flourecent lighting.

Any tips? Any advise... if I lost this, I would litterally CRY!!

By the way does anyone know where I could buy this plant?? The net is void of information on this species!

    It sounds like your rooting conditions should be fine. What has happened since your post 3 weeks ago? Has the cutting "taken" yet?

    Hey Gardeniarose, The cutting is doing well actually... I have not pulled it out to check if it has rooted. But it didn't loose any leaves and it is nice and healthy looking. I am stoked I think I will be successful at this species! :)
