ROS seedling help, please

Hi there. I planted ROS seeds in newspots this winter as one of my first wintersowing projects. I did sow pretty heavily as I had no idea I would have the high germination rate that I was 'blessed' with. Can anyone tell me what to do now? I have several that are white, pink and purple and they are just now getting their first sets of true leaves. Can I plant them in the ground now or should I attempt to seperate these plants into their own little pots or are they okay to have several in one pot? I would kinda like to braid one or two but the rest are gonna be single standalone plants. Please any advice ya'll can give I would be truly grateful.

TIA

Christina

Let them get at least their second set of leaves and then pot them up individually until they get bigger before putting in ground. When they get a few inches you can braid and put together.
