Hibiscus help, please!

I have a double yellow blooming hibiscus (looks similar to one in webpage photo but yellow - no idea what it's called) planted in the ground, with a SW exposure, receives full sun. Last year it did great, this year I haven't had one bloom show up on the plant - zilch, nada, nothing!! Can't find anything wrong, no bugs, nothing visable anyway. Any help would certainly be appreciated!

It could be that the new growth hasn't matured enough to set flower buds. Since they bloom on new growth, then encouraging as much growth as you can should help increase the chances of a longer bloom period.
