| Con you tell me if i can plant Rosa Sinensis outside year round in Massachusetts, if not what variety could i use, i want to put them around the pool fence to block the veiw Thank you |

| Hibiscus rosa sinensis is commonly called TROPICAL hibiscus. They are NOT hardy outdoors in Massachusetts. Do a Google search for perennial hibiscus for plants hardy in your area. You may also consider althea bushes which are in the hibiscus family and may be hardy in your area if you are in zone 5 or higher. |
