I have a hardy hisbiscus that is a dark pink and I was wanting to know if there is a hardy hisbiscus that is yellow.

Yes, it's called Old Yella. More white than yellow.

Agreed, more white than yellow, even though every picture you will probably see of it will have it as a nice creamy buttery yellow.
