bugs on my hibiscus

| My beautiful potted hibiscus is being eaten by small blackish bugs...they are on the buds, on the branches, on the leaves...I just pruned it at Spring and had tons of new leaves and buds but it is now covered...basic pesticids don't work...soapy water doesn't work...lady bugs won't stay on it to eat them ...help !?.... |

| Probably aphids. Soft and squishy, so deal with them directly. Wash them off or squish. |
