Paper Towel Method

I am trying the paper towel method for germinating my hibiscus seeds. I'm new at this. Can someone tell me how long you normally germinate in the paper towel and at what point do you transfer the seedling to soil.

Any help would be great!

    sorry that wouldn't be me - i haven't had much success with sprouting in paper towels and not getting fuzz all over my seedlings :(
