Yellow Flower

Thought I'd just share this picture of a flower that opened in my garden today. It's not very fancy or special, but I love the color and think it's beautiful in it's simplicity.

Good looking bloom. One of my favorites is a very simple European variety. It is consistent, and I like the color contrast. Sometimes its the simple things that can brighten a day, not the complex.

Thanks Ed. I just love yellow flowers, they are so sunny and cheerful. This bloom was huge, almost the size of a saucer.
