maybe a new flower ?

I have a nice blue hibiscus in my garden that is always seeding and putting out new plants, close to it I have a white double hibiscus with deep red centre. today I noticed a new shrub this is more of a pinky/purple but a double. I have taken pictures of it, apologies that its a little blurry but everytime i tried to take a picture the wind blew it.
Is this a new variety/strain etc ??
