Help please. All of my hybiscus have this problem. I sprayed them with Organiside; is there something else I can do?

Can you post pictures? If so, that would help us help you.

Does anyone know what I should spray my hibiscus with to get rid of the weird bugs and make them not be deformed?

Mealy Bug Ladybird larvae

It is viewed as a helpful insect because it eats aphids.

I am finally starting to see my hibiscus flowering normally. Thank you for all your help. I have been spraying them weekly with liquid sevin for thrips.

Well, even though it's a little late to say something about your deformed leaves, here are the facts.

The leaves were damaged by aphids feeding from the undersides of the leaves. That's why that beneficial ladybug larva (the shaggy white thing) is all over the deformed leaves.

Neither thrips nor liquid sevin had nothing to do with stopping the damage. Instead, it was coincidence.

In the future, keep a close watch on the hibiscus and hose off aphids when you first see them.

Thank you all for the info. Some of my hibiscus are doing better, some are not. I probably have over 20. Will neem oil help? I am still spraying with organocide weekly as the liquid sevin seemed to only help one or two of them. I did see some scale on some and mealy bugs on others so I guess I have multiple problems. Also, they are about 7 feet tall, how far back should I prune them? Thanks for any help you can offer.

7 feet tall is normal for them. Perhaps they need a different site.

Beyond that, healthy vigorous hibiscus shouldn't have all those problems. Perhaps you need to investigate the conditions they're growing under and the care that they're getting to figure out what's going wrong.
