Can Anyone Identify This Hibiscus?

Cannot take a close up, because it's in someones yard, but did a "drive by" lol.
The stalks look like red rhubarb!
Also some of the leaves have a red tinge.
Thanks for any help.

    Hard to tell, but it appears to be a swamp mallow.

    That's a pretty one. I did a Google search on hardy hibiscus pink
    And selected images.
    When you click on a picture it usually tells the source.
    "Summer Storm" comes close, but foliage is really purple.

    Just get up the nerve and knock on the door and ask. Gardeners love to hear
    Someone admires their plants. You might be offered a cutting. Seeds might be OK,
    But what grows might not be true to original.

    Brown, Also check the post. Kopper King. On this forum. I think that one has been avaiable a little longer. Looks very similar to your picture.
