Grew this from a cutting. ITs around 7' tall and has day blooming white flowers that close at night. The leaf pattern is quite interesting as well.

    Hi! Looks like Hibiscus coccineus 'White Texas Star'. This species is usually red. I just found out this spring that there was a white variety. I now have one in my garden with flower buds on it.
    Enjoy your plant. It will return year after year, and make a magnificent upright clump. Get the red variety and grow it nearby, if you have the space. You won't regret it!
