| hi everyone i just recently bought 2 hibiscuses at lowes . one is the president the other im not sure what kind but it has the braided trunk if that helps. anyway ive noticed they have pods that look as if a flower is soon to come but i can tell there is nothing inside them. just hoping for some input on what that might be or it could be normal for all i know im very new to these plants- thankyou!! |

| You can't tell. The flowers have to come out first and them propagate them. Then when the flowers fall off by themselves, if it takes, you will have seeds. The pods fill up with seeds and turn brown. |
