I've had it for a few years now, but never knew the name of it. I can't seem to find any info on this type of hibiscus anywhere I've look on the net.

Any help or point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks :) Also crossposted to the Gallery section.

I have several very similar plants which I rooted from cuttings a friend gave me about 15 years ago. I was able to identify them several years ago but I have forgot the definitive name. The ones I have are either Colorado or Coloratura. I believe it was Coloratura.

How did you root the cuttings?

12 inch cuttings, in a glass jar of water. I think it is important that light gets to the cut end. Just a drop of liquid fertilizer and a drop of SuperThrive. WHen white bumps appear on the cut end, plant in moist sand and keep warm and moist. It may take 6 months to root.
