Rose of sharon transplant

Hi , everyone. I was taking a stroll down the road and saw one of my good neighbors throwing a ton of ROS in to the yard waste bin. I am a sucker and had to take a few ...I felt so bad for the babies being thrown away . Its obviously July here in upstate NY and I know their chances are slim but any added advice as to how I could pull them through would be awesome!She has so many growing , she has lived there since 1973, and so every year she pulls a ton of young seedlings. Thanks in advance.

They should be very easy to grow. You can pot them and keep them in pots indoors if you're worried about this first winter killing them.
