Will hibiscus get bigger with age?

I bought a hardy hibiscus. It is 18 inches high at full growth, it had 5 big blooms and that's it. Can I expect it to get bigger next year and have more flowers? I thought they were supposed to bloom all summer but this put on 5 and that's it, No sign of more buds.

    Bomb,
It's not done for this year. It'll grow more this year too.
It's not unusual for it to grow to 2 -3 ft tall it's first year.
Yes, then it will get taller and bigger every year.
It will also have more flowers.
Is it in the ground? Put it in the ground if its in a pot.
It's a perennial, so it needs time to get established.
You will have more flowers this year, and growth, just don't forget to water and feritlize it.
It's not unusaly for it to get 6 ft tall with age and good care.
